My platform is “Prevent the Pen”. The reason I picked this platform because
I saw someone very close to me have to give themselves a auto injector for an allergic reaction to food and it was awful. It didn’t work and an 2nd injection was necessary. The auto injector needle is very huge, painful and very scary but it’s often the only resource for surviving life. Needless to say I was so scared of losing someone very dear to me.

Did you know Europe and most of the world doesn’t have a food allergy phenomenon!? Why in America? I hope with research, this painful procedure can be a thing if the past, hence “ Prevent the Pen” was invented.
In my spare time I enjoy singing and dancing for family, friends, community venues and local dance competitions. I inspire to one day go up AMDA college or Juilliard school in NYC to achieve a Masters in Fine Arts in becoming a Broadway actress and one day teaching the Arts in my community because music, dance and acting is so inspiring and such an emotional release of inner beauty.
I will be graduating Shenendehowa High School in 2020 . As Miss Upstate New York’s Outstanding Teen 2018, I am proud to be working with the Miss America Organization and the Miss America’s Outstanding Teen Organization as the largest woman’s scholarship organization in the nation.
